Yesterday I had 8 inches of my hair cut off. Because it was so long, Sabrina was pulling on it so it was in a ponytail 24/7 and I had enough! It has been interesting to watch almost all of my new mom friends chop off their hair during pregnancy or soon after giving birth. I've joined the club with no regrets. I don't know if long hair will permanently be a thing of the past for me, but for now I LOVE not having to use a ponytail holder!!!! Darren and I have known each other for 4 years and he's never seen me with short hair, so it's definitely an adjustment for him but he's glad I'm happy with it.

Thanks Kristie! Sabrina is very long--I think she's going to be a tall one, but she'll come by it honestly--both Darren and I are tall and have tall parents and siblings, grandfathers, uncles, etc.
Love the new look! Very stylish. That reminds me...I really need to schedule an appointment fo my hair, too.

I found your blog! finally. I love your new hair - it looks smashing on you. I think this should really be the Sabrina blog. The parents seem like the side story, not the main one. It almost inspires me to make a Bjorn blog. However, I'd actually have to take pictures, and that rarely happens.
I'm sad I somehow missed the blessing. We were probably late that day??
