I can't help but love this dress. It helps that I think Sabrina looks like a doll in it.

The Pinkster Got Pinkeye

At least that is what I think it was. I got it first and gave it to Sabrina. Hers went away after two days. She woke up from her nap one day with her right eye swollen. It made for some pretty funny facial expressions--her skeptical trademark "crusty" look was especially funny. And so was her face when she smiled. No picture can do justice to those funny expressions when seen in person.

Upside Down

I am thinking of the Jack Johnson song from Curious George as I post this...and I have to admit that Sabrina is both curious and a little monkey. I think I was making dinner when I took this picture. If I am in the kitchen, so is she. She loves to watch whatever is cooking on the stove. Most of the time, she wants me to hold her while I am cooking, which is usually impossible, so making dinner time is often meltdown time for Sabrina. She loves it when I let her sit on the counter and watch what I'm doing (last time I was snapping green beans).

It's All in the Details

Look at this ensemble...

...then notice the close-up of the shoes matching the pants. I got the pants last fall and then Sabrina's Aunt Rachael found the shoes. The stars in the toddler fashion galaxy have aligned and smiled down on us.

Eating in Style

My fabulously talented friend Amy Hibbert made these bibs for Sabrina out of cute Valentine's dish towels from Kohl's. They are nothing short of awesome and way better than anything you can buy at a store.

And here is the messy model, chowing down on some yogurt.

Miss Ham

Sabrina gets her tendency for hamming it up from her Mama. I was a ham as a child, but not so much anymore.

I can't usually keep a chair at the computer or this is what happens, plus alot of pounding on the keyboard!
